Welcome to the Buicktown Chapter of the Buick Club of America (BCA) website. Buicktown calls Flint its “home” and was the first BCA Chapter in Michigan. Celebrating its 52nd year in 2024, the club is proud of Flint’s Buick auto heritage which led to Flint being known as the Vehicle City and its large manufacturing complex being known as Buick City.
As a social club for car enthusiasts, Buicktown meets regularly, typically, the fourth Wednesday of the month. See the club activities tab for a calendar of events. The December meeting is the annual Holiday party. January-March is a recovery time without meetings after a busy show season. Buicktown meets in various locations throughout the greater Flint area. In the summer months, meetings may be held at different members’ homes, parks, places of interest, or restaurants.
Owning a Buick is not necessary to become a member, in fact many are advised to join the club before they buy a car, to learn more about the hobby and which car and era might be right for you. Membership in the Buick Club of America is a requirement.
Many car shows and events open to the public are also activities members like to attend together. Check out the rest of the website to learn more. We hope you join us!
